Account Manager/Customer Service Manager

Qualifications
- This person should be a self starter, high energy individual and be able to interact with many different team members across various departments
- Competency in computer skills
- Exceptional communication
- Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced work environment
- 5 year of customer service experience/account management
- A high school diploma required
- Great attitude and positive disposition
- Fast paced customer service oriented position with one of Denver's best logistics companies
- Must be able to pass a drug and background check
Responsibilities
- This person will be able to be able to provide excellent service to our clients by being responsive, attentive, accurate and friendly
- Learning customers products and systems
- Fulfilling customer orders
- Researching and Resolving customer complaints
- Working with warehouse personnel to verify customer inventory and product delivery
- Working directly with Customer orders and inventory
- Assisting upper management as needed
- Other duties as required to support CSR
