Qualifications
- This job requires an existing NSA Top Secret Clearance and Polygraph
- Must Be a US Citizen
- Active Top-Secret SCI with Poly
- A minimum of two years of experience as a Test Engineer in projects of similar scope and complexity
- Bachelor's degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management, or a related field from an accredited institution
- Alternatively, four additional years of TE experience can substitute for a bachelor's degree
Responsibilities
- In this role, you'll analyze complex systems, develop innovative testing strategies, and contribute to key government test and evaluation documentation
- This position offers the opportunity to work on critical projects that have a significant impact
- Develop and execute evaluation and test plans based on detailed analysis of system requirements and operations documents
- Engage in comprehensive research and apply your understanding of government test and evaluation principles across various engineering and operational domains
- Implement and manage performance analysis, focusing on identifying and mitigating risk areas
- Utilize your expertise in modeling, simulation, and statistical analysis to ensure robust performance evaluations
- Plan and execute data collection strategies, ensuring alignment with program objectives and decision-making needs
- Collaborate closely with systems engineering teams and other stakeholders to enhance test and evaluation processes
- Produce detailed evaluation plans, analysis reports, and contribute to key government documentation in the field of test and evaluation
