Qualifications

  • BS/BA in Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems or equivalent degree or business-related experience with technical background
  • Strong understanding of current Transaction Services and/or Incident Management processes and systems
  • Self-motivated, customer focused

Responsibilities

  • Position requirement is to be an expert that directs project specific activities of team members and offers management assistance to the organizational leader
  • Performs needs analysis and prioritization, feasibility and business impact assessments for major Digital Transformation requests and initiatives
  • Manages overall life cycle of one or more technology solutions
  • Manages global, strategic high-risk programs involving complex cross-program interlock
  • Primary responsibility is to design service solutions associated with software and hardware products; Responsible for ensuring effective serviceability for a variety of products and modules
  • Mentor other Service Design Consultants and actively work to improve the Service Design Process
  • Position will be responsible for defining the service philosophy for the products, establishing the cost factors associated with the service and proactively monitoring the performance of the products in the field
  • Position will also have responsibility for asset performance of the products parts including the recommended spare parts list, initial parts provisioning, and new buy spend and inventory levels
  • Define, sponsor and prioritize NCR Services requirements; Review and sign off functional specification; Ensure services content in schedule for purchase agreements
  • Review and sign off Development Releases on behalf of NCR Services; Perform and organize service reviews
  • Work closely with IT Services organization to implement a unified Field Service Delivery structure
  • Gather, define and document system/tool business requirements; Define, document, and administer setups/profiles with Oracle applications
  • Conduct testing, develop test cases, perform tie-outs, and deliver training; Support the development of training and deployment
  • Maintain interlock and consistency between ES and ERP; Maintain and update Level 4 Incident Management processes
