  • The Innovation Manager must be fluent in all key methods and tools for supporting excellence in experience design, with a particular focus on digital product design
  • The Innovation Manager must be experienced with iterative collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams

Responsibilities

  • In this role you will work as part of a dynamic team responsible for the delivery of new products and services from idea through Minimum Valuable Product
  • This role will be responsible for iteratively defining potential concepts for products, services and businesses using prototyping techniques from the lowest fidelity (e.g., hand drawn sketches or diagrams) to medium (e.g., storyboards, journey maps, wireframes, video) to the highest fidelity (e.g., working minimally valuable products and services)
  • Participate in the collaborative definition of the vision for new products, services or businesses
  • Uncover clues that point to latent, unarticulated needs and gather expressed needs; frame both into opportunities
  • Continuously iterate solution concepts using all manner of methods, from hand-drawn sketches to journey maps, wireframes and early stage digital products and interfaces
  • Engage as appropriate with internal stakeholders to understand both existing customer needs and BBH challenges
  • Provide input and support to improve BBH’s design function – including tools, methods, and design system

  • The anticipated base salary range for this role is $150,000 to $170,000, which is specific to New York, NY and may differ in other locations due to cost of living and labor considerations
