Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS sales, particularly with enterprise clients
- Knowledge and practical application of Sandler Sales and/or Challenger Sales methodologies
- Expertise in prospect discovery, understanding client decision-making, and navigating sales cycles
- A natural ability to understand customer problems, amplify the pain and highlight solution in compelling tailored platform demonstrations (Applicants would need to share examples)
- Background in post-acute, continuing healthcare, or home healthcare industries
- A proven record of achieving sales targets (with references that can support)
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work independently
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- A desire to improve the continuing healthcare ecosystem with solutions that help improve home health care
Responsibilities
- Developing and executing sales strategies for large enterprise clients
- Managing the sales process from discovery to contract signature
- Delivering compelling sales presentations in line with CareTime's value proposition
