Qualifications

  • A minimum of 15 years of proven experience in SaaS sales, ideally within a technologically complex product environment
  • You should possess expertise in Midmarket and Enterprise sales, with a consistent track record of exceeding quota and revenue goals
  • At least 7 years of experience managing a team of sales leaders, preferably in the marketing technology industry; ideally with third-line leadership responsibilities, but at minimum with second-line responsibility
  • Deep knowledge in various areas within the region ie
  • At minimum, US, Canada; ideally Brazil, Mexico, rest of LatAm
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital and application trends, particularly in the marketing technology space
  • Strong operational and analytical abilities
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Experience in various sales and go-to-market models, including direct, referral-based, resellers as well as co-sell models
  • A strong track record of recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing sales leaders and individual contributors
  • A deep understanding of the intricacies of the technology landscape across the AMER region, including key markets, effective practices
  • The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Integrations & Onboarding and Sales Operations
  • Demonstrated success in navigating large organizations and identifying key decision makers processes for large SaaS investments

Benefits

  • For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $225,000 and $275,000 / year with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $450,000 and $550,000 / year (including bonus or commission)
