Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 10+ years of experience
  • Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Drive the execution of the Transformer business objectives among sales, marketing and business development teams
  • Set goals and KPIs for the business development team and develop strategies to meet those goals within targeted industry segments
  • Strategically align our marketing strategy to focus on strategic accounts & sustainable growth segments through demand shaping
  • Evaluate and optimize marketing and pricing strategies to achieve business targets
  • Analyze market trends to assist in preparing forecasts and annual budgets
  • Communicate and promote the value of our entire transformer portfolio products, systems and service solutions
  • Work with Product Management and Application Engineering to define product scope in alignment with customer needs and factory capabilities
  • Collaborate across Front End Sales teams to support SFDC pipeline growth, quality and accuracy
  • Lead opportunity pipeline cadence calls with BDMs and Front End Sales teams
  • Provide market intel and competitive feedback into the business utilizing standard available sales tools
  • Attend conferences and industry events to identify market opportunities and trends
