Qualifications

  • Must have experience within the last 5 years of
  • selling automated QA testing solutions,
  • Must have at least 5-7 years of recent experience in a people leadership capacity at a SaaS company, managing full cycle AE's, ideally having led second line leaders as well
  • Experience to include building playbooks, experienced rapid revenue scale at an early staged SaaS company

Responsibilities

  • Work with/report to the President of the business to build and scale the enterprise sales GTM motion, building from an existing team of 4
  • Recruit a team of full cycle AE's, heavily focused on outbound sales motion
  • Take the time to coach and mentor them so they can independently take deals from open to successful close
  • Actively coach reps to identify improvement points, and build repeatable sales motion both at the mid market and enterprise level
  • Continue to scale the GTM plan, building attractive compensation structures, and relevant KPI's to track performance
