- Position Purpose: Fully remote Sr. Staff Recruiter opportunity - Sr. Staff Recruiters make a big impact at Stericycle by using their industry expertise to drive recruiting activities, including, but not limited to, researching and sourcing candidates, interviewing and evaluating candidate fit, and facilitating the offer process to fill various open positions, at every level of the organization. Will support our Commercial sales organization. Key Job Activities: Ultimately, fill open positions with high quality candidates in an efficient timeframe. Partner with hiring managers to gain thorough understanding of hiring needs. Develop and implement recruitment plans to identify qualified candidates, including building partnerships with external organizations focused on diversity outreach. Conduct thorough and legally compliance interviews with candidates. Assess each candidates' ability to meet the requirements of the open position. Schedule candidate interviews with hiring decision... makers. Manage the offer process. Draft, extend, and negotiate offer details with candidates. Ensure compliance with all process requirements and OFCCP-related outreach. Provide high-touch candidate experience and proactive hiring manager communication. Maintain candidate status in ATS. Provide industry expertise, guidance and solutions to help address and resolve staffing challenges. Identify opportunities to enhance Stericycle's employment brand and strategic partnerships with external partners. Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives. Mentor and coach other team members; participate in special projects. Promote the employee referral sourcing strategy and process. Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned. Experience 7 years of experience in recruiting/Talent Acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced, medium to large, global, corporate environment or staffing agency Strong sales recruiting experience highly preferred Highly motivated, desire to be part of an organization that makes a difference Expert negotiation and communication skills Ability to provide consultative guidance to hiring leaders Ability to mentor, and share experience and expertise with other team members Demonstrated success identifying and using innovative and creative sourcing and recruiting techniques Passionate dedication to diversity and inclusion initiatives Recruiting experience with an organization subject to OFCCP compliance requirements for federal contractors and specifically those related to sourcing and recruitment activities highly preferred Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus Salary Range: $80K -- $100K Minimum Qualification HR Recruitment & PlacementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications
