Responsibilities
- Recruiter is responsible for all company recruiting in all markets
- Posting and upkeep of approved job listings based on need
- Local Colleges as they expire
- Through postings, networking, distributors, employee referrals, etc
- Conducting a 1st interview (in person or over the phone) for all candidates
- Run 1st interview over the phone or in person then schedule candidate with the market manager for interview ultimately approved by VP of Ops
- Managing an approved employee referral bonus system
- Recommending additional options for candidate generation for approval
- Implementing and managing an approved applicant tracking & staffing system
- Tracking ongoing staffing needs/opportunities in each market
- Reporting ongoing recruiting & staffing progress on corporate conference calls weekly
