Qualifications

  • Sales leader with a proven track record of building and scaling successful enterprise/B2B digital media sales teams
  • Media industry expert with experience in performance media
  • Experienced media seller with a question based and data driven approach
  • Ability to create revenue opportunities outside of the standard media planning/RFP process
  • Advanced coach and trainer, willing to take a hands on approach
  • Process oriented leader with the ability to identify opportunities for greater efficiency and a track record of creating structure to support those efforts
  • Advanced public speaker and presenter
  • Collaborator with internal functional leadership, including account management, marketing, finance, product, and more

Responsibilities

  • She/he will be instrumental in making a significant impact on the advertiser business, managing, hiring, developing and scaling our North American sales team
  • Influencer and air-cover provider (top-down) to assist sellers
  • Experience in owning sales P&L responsibilities, including expense management and commission structure
  • Establish and innovate the best brand position to build and expand new relationships with partners on the brand side; bridge the gap between the existing client relationships in place, and new opportunities to expand
  • Consistently focus on the customer experience pre and post sale
  • Define, evolve, and communicate what it means to be successful at ad

Benefits

  • Compensation Range: $225,000-$275,000 plus commissions
