Qualifications

  • You have experience making cold calls and are excited for that to be part of your job
  • Communication Skills: Ability to deliver information in a clear, concise, and timely manner
  • You are comfortable interacting with people of all levels within an organization
  • Resourcefulness: Ability to ideate and bring to completion tasks, with minimal feedback, in an ambiguous environment on short notice
  • Relationship Builder: Able to develop relationships of mutual trust and respect across the company and with potential clients and business partners
  • Required Experience
  • 2+ years sales development experience (bonus if you have sold into construction industry before)
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Comfortable making cold calls and experience with doing it

Responsibilities

  • Make cold phone calls to companies to introduce our company
  • Schedule meetings with our sales team and coordinate follow-up, reschedules, etc
  • You’ll perform outbound lead development activities as designated by leadership
  • These activities are likely to include social media prospecting, attending conferences and networking events, in-person canvassing, and cold calling
  • You will keep our CRM up to date, and manage all activities from the CRM
  • You’ll make sure that leads are seamlessly handed off to the sales and marketing team

  • The anticipated salary range for this role is $54,500- $56,000 base salary, plus a performance-based variable
