Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 8+ years of professional experience in project management
  • 8+ years’ experience in customer service, account management, or client implementation within the health care industry
  • Industry knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare, experienced in state reimbursement programs
  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • As the Vice President, Client Success you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our organization through strategic client onboarding, relationship management, and ensuring unparalleled client satisfaction
  • Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be a senior member of the executive team, contributing to business development, product improvement, and the overall growth of the company
  • Business Development Support:
  • Participate in high-level discussions with clients, offering subject matter expertise
  • Lead upselling initiatives to expand our solutions within existing client partnerships
  • Provide critical insights to senior leadership for new product development
  • Account Onboarding/Implementation:
  • Oversee the seamless transition of clients from sales to implementation
  • Lead project execution with accountability for time, scope, budget, and quality
  • Monitor and track progress, identifying and mitigating risks
  • Key Account Management:
  • Serve as the primary Account Manager for enterprise and strategic accounts
  • Proactively identify client needs and develop innovative solutions
  • Conduct client satisfaction surveys and lead presentations to senior leaders
  • Motivate and inspire a specialized team of account management professionals
  • Establish performance benchmarks and goals for the team
  • Handle overall team management responsibilities, including hiring, training, and performance appraisals
