Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, which includes active sourcing of passive talent
  • Ability to work independently, driving projects to completion, and comfort dealing with shifting priorities
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on efficiency
  • Ability to identify and execute on the shortest path to a result
  • Ability to communicate effectively and in a timely manner, excellent follow through on communication, and management of multiple communications channels and inboxes
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a great attention to detail

  • Ability and openness to work onsite at our Kendall Square offices periodically

Responsibilities

  • As a Recruiter on this team, you will be given responsibility for partnering with specific teams to understand their business, science, and research strategy, anticipate their hiring needs, and execute on the full-cycle recruitment of hires to support their success
  • You will collaborate and partner with other dedicated support resources in Human Resources Business Partnership, Finance and Accounting, Facilities and Space Planning, and other support functions to deliver on their growth objectives
  • Your responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, competency based interviewing, and support of the selection process
  • You will be the primary resource for generation of compelling and equitable offer proposals and negotiation of final offer details
  • Provide value-added full-cycle recruiting services to designated administrative, business, technology, and scientific groups including job description/posting oversight, sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating and closing top talent
  • Act as a consultant to hiring managers to develop and implement robust sourcing strategies that identify and engage passive candidates in support of the demand
  • Proactively leverage social media channels & professional networking platforms for robust sourcing results
  • Proactively gain market insights to utilize/leverage during the job description generation, sourcing, evaluation,, and offer/close stages of recruiting
  • Champion diversity recruitment efforts, sell the value of diversity, and cultivate appropriately diverse candidate pools in support of diversity recruitment initiatives
  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies and evaluation practices consistent with industry best practices
  • Engage and interact with prospects and active candidates, from initial screening through panel interviews and offer negotiation with a strong focus on candidate experience
  • Consult with Compensation regarding market data and specific compensation needs and initiatives to support a high offer-to-close ratio and champion organization-wide equity in titling and compensation
  • Meet all defined service level agreements with regards to timelines, recruiting metrics and compliance guidelines
  • Maintain organized operational management of all in-process hiring projects
  • Maintain candidates lists, project status, and to-do lists with excellent follow-through to completion
  • Plan, attend and manage onsite recruiting events as needed
  • Build credible and collaborative relationships within the assigned business units including, but not limited to, Hiring Managers, Organization Executives and Leadership, HR Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition colleagues
  • Assist in the definition of process and procedure through thought leadership with regards to recruiting best practices and legal compliance
