Qualifications
- Ideal Candidate should have 2-5+ years of corporate recruiting and agency experience
- Previous experience recruiting for sales professionals
- Must be comfortable working onsite in a hybrid environment out of the Billerica HQ
- Previous high volume phone work is required
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize a high-volume workload
- Must have strong experience utilizing Social Media/LinkedIn and Job Boards to source candidates
- Must be able to attend job fairs and recruiting events both locally and occasionally across the domestic U.S
Responsibilities
- Candidate will be responsible for identifying qualified candidates for all corporate roles, conducting prescreen interviews and resume maintenance and archiving
- Tracking candidates throughout the process along with scheduling interviews and providing follow-ups and feedback
- Works closely with Management to measure and predict activity and ensure candidates are screened according to applicable metrics
- Actively participate in Recruiting & Networking functions
