Qualifications
- High School Diploma/ GED.
- Proven experience in a high-volume customer service industry- Think Retail, Travel and Hospitality, Restaurant, Food, and beverage, Contact centers, etc
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and basic math skills.
- Previous experience working with computer-based information systems.
Responsibilities
- Trigger Warning: Working with suicidal patients, listening to trauma from PTSD patients, and having a responsibility to support these patients may be triggering for some people
- Connect communities with life-saving treatments
- Engage in delicate conversations with active listening
- Be the go-to person, bridging the gap between patients and their providers
- Handle various tasks, including: Recording important information into EMR systems, scheduling appointments, assisting with medication refills, etc
- Be a guiding light for patients in need
