Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and other customer inquiries
- Put in orders
- followup on orders
- update pricing and check order pricing
- Learn our software systems
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure the resolution
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Go the extra mile to engage customers
