Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering, Mechanical or comparable qualification
  • You have several years of experience in international sales of technically sophisticated products, ideally in the field of bulk material systems, container construction, or comparable material handling solutions
  • You have experience in technologically demanding internal and external project management
  • You possess convincing communication, presentation, and persuasion skills and a strong customer orientation
  • You have intercultural experience and are willing to travel internationally
  • You are fluent in both spoken and written German & English
  • You are proficient in using common MS-Office & CRM software

Responsibilities

  • You are the direct point of contact for important direct customers and represent their concerns within the organisation
  • You continuously develop the business relationship by conducting an ongoing need analysis
  • You provide technical support and assistance in problem-solving, working closely with project managers, developers, designers, and the sales support team
  • You proactively monitor and accompany ongoing customer projects from identification to completion
  • You create proposals with customer-oriented solutions, considering and interpreting technical specifications
  • You conduct price and contract negotiations and document them
