Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • This is a hybrid role requiring on-site presence in either Dallas, TX or Atlanta, GA

Responsibilities

  • Leading and Managing Sales Excellence:
  • Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability within the sales organization
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, initiatives, and programs to maximize revenue growth
  • Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Business Ownership And Financial Management
  • Assume full ownership of the profit and loss (P&L) responsibility for the international sales division
  • Develop and manage budgets, business plans, and financial forecasts to ensure revenue and profitability goals are met
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions as needed
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and customers globally
  • Leverage your expertise in data analytics and enterprise performance management to position our solutions effectively in the market
  • Utilize your experience and knowledge of the Microsoft Data Analytics stack to drive sales and provide valuable insights to clients
  • Expand business with the existing client portfolio through upselling and cross-selling initiatives
  • Proactively build and nurture a strong network of industry contacts, potential clients, and strategic partners
