Qualifications

  • Success managing multiple highly complex, challenging clients and corporate roles with expertise in hiring manager influence, seeking to understand their needs, making recommendations and coaching managers to change expectations
  • Labor Market expertise, providing clients with view of market and trends, advising on competitor activity and challenges, providing guidance on how to overcome these and advising on critical factors such as budget in context of the search
  • Strong sourcing strategy development and execution, lead generation, and consulting with clients to alter the searches based on market conditions
  • Strong command in how to identify and present macro-economic trends impacting the FMCG industry and Kellanova, while using competitive analysis to understand hiring needs and recruiting practices of talent competitors
  • Success working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with senior recruiting experience from a global in-house corporate recruiting team, management consulting, business development, or search firm environment
  • Experience working with tools including a CRM, ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other market insights tools such as SeekOut or TalentNeuron
  • Experience working across cultures
  • Highly organized with an eye for detail and flawless execution on client deliverables

Responsibilities

  • This individual will strive to attract, source and hire top talent who look to contribute and amplify Kellanova’s culture and ambitious business objectives
  • This individual will be a talent consultant to hiring stakeholders and HR Partners diagnosing talent needs and advising on the appropriate approach to support including Talent Mappings, External Market Insight Reports and executing on end-to-end searches
  • Functional Recruitment Support and Executive Level roles – You’ll create and manage a strong relationship with hiring leaders across corporate functions in North America and develop strategic partnerships to manage the end-to-end recruitment life cycle
  • Talent Advising and Insights – You’ll be a champion for the Kellanova recruitment process
  • You will play a key role in driving Kellogg’s commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives
