Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience designing responsive web applications and/or mobile-first applications
- A comprehensive understanding of UX Design and best practices
- Experience designing using either Figma or Moqups
- A portfolio of work listed on your resume that showcases your problem-solving process along with finished design work
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, translating complex research, data, and customer strategies into innovative end-to-end experience design concepts that consider all customer touch points and channels
- Ability to lead a large-scale initiative, prioritizing work accordingly and taking ownership of completion
- Ability to create overall IA, user stories, workflows, wireframes, clickable prototypes, and final visual designs
- Ability to think conceptually and systematically, considering the 'big picture' and designing for scalability while ensuring quality and detail at a granular level
- Sharp written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present a rationale for design decisions to senior leadership
- Experience with HTML and CSS
- Understanding of design decisions and its impact on application development
- Ability to design vector graphics using Illustrator or similar tools
- Thrive in a fast-paced agile environment founded on strong analytical and communication skills
