Qualifications

  • This role is ideal for a current college student or a candidate holding a BA degree, who is eager to apply their academic knowledge in a fast-paced, real-world environment
  • Currently enrolled in college or holder of a BA degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
  • Problem-solving mindset with a knack for innovative thinking
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Bilingual required (Spanish/English)

Responsibilities

  • The Bilingual Customer Service Agent will be responsible for maintaining the high standards of customer service and operational excellence that the company is known for
  • As an individual who can juggle various responsibilities, your role will extend beyond traditional customer service tasks to involve elements of operations and innovation, making each day a unique experience
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat
  • Operations Support: Assist in streamlining operations and suggesting improvements
  • Innovative Thinking: Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to innovate customer service strategies
  • Organization: Efficiently manage various tasks and projects without compromising on quality
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Knowledge Development: Continuously update knowledge about products, services, and policies
  • Documentation and Reporting: Keep accurate records of customer interactions and generate reports as required
