Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of senior management experience
- Multi-unit foodservice management experience
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
- Passion for food and hospitality
- Proven financial responsibility
- Proven coaching and teaching skills
- Proficiency in budget management
- Familiarity with business scaling and change management

Responsibilities
- They collaborate on high level planning, program development, financial management, and fostering a culture of excellence

- The core focus of this role is developing and aligning objectives among Restaurant Associates and the client portfolio
- It involves setting and maintaining high operational standards through the application of extensive business, culinary, and hospitality expertise
