Responsibilities
- Lead operations with a strategic long-term vision and results-oriented approach
- Design and implement clear and effective policies and procedures with the support of the executive leadership team
- Respond decisively to changing business and the operational landscape
- Foster effective initiatives while conveying a strong and determined approach
- Drive a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Recruiting and Talent Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a talented recruitment team to achieve hiring targets
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational growth goals
- Source and attract top-tier talent through various channels, including networking, social media, and industry events
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, interviews, and evaluations to ensure the selection of high-caliber individuals
- Drive the recruitment process from initial contact through to offer negotiation, participate in successful candidate closing and ensure successful onboarding
- Collaborate with department leaders to understand hiring needs and contribute to workforce planning
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Contribute to the overall strategic planning and decision-making processes
- Contract Portfolio Management and Growth:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners and program management teams
- Manage and oversee corporate-wide contract portfolio
- Develop and execute strategies for portfolio staff growth and expansion opportunities
- Oversee the entire staff lifecycle during work projects, integrating staffing and HR activities seamlessly
- Drive HR initiatives and policies to support the overall business objectives
- Implement strategies for employee retention and professional development
- Work on fostering a positive work environment and employee engagement
- Other Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the business development team to align operational strategies with business goals
- Achieve productivity targets, reduce cost, and eliminate errors to meet objectives
- Coordinate corporate events
- Other duties as necessary across internal small business departments
