Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field
  • 10 years' product / service management experience with successful and progressive track record of accomplishment, leadership, and increasing responsibility
  • 5 years of technology services professional who has a proven track record of management and leadership designing and implementing best in class practices for offer lifecycle management
  • Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
  • Project management experience is an advantage
  • Adept business knowledge across all service disciplines (e.g., support, consulting, education and managing the matrix)
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written, verbal, and editorial skills
  • Highly developed problem-solving skills, tenacity, drive, proactive, create, sound planning and organizational abilities, strong improvement focus
  • Comfortable in a global, fast-evolving, fast-paced always-on, highly matrixed environment with limited resource
  • Experience as people manager or team lead for at least 5 years, and ability to manage virtual global teams
  • Ability to travel 25-50% in non-COVID times

Responsibilities

  • This function within the CSS Global Operations team will focus on creating and communicating integrated service offerings that make clients successful
  • This position will be at the forefront of understanding customer business challenges, developing the right offers for customers and Partners, delivering meaningful business outcomes, and creating high value services that solve those complex business needs
  • In this position, the successful candidate will be a strategic leader collaborating with product, sales, marketing, enablement, delivery, operations, to orchestrate cross-functional activities to design offers that deliver tangible value for clients and partners
  • Drive the services portfolio strategy and offer management lifecycle across all CSS functions and service portfolios (overall design, build, launch and maturing of the offer)
  • This includes identifying service whitespace, budget management, demand generation, field readiness, and maintenance and decommissioning of services in their portfolio
  • Ensure high quality and completeness of offers; conduct portfolio analysis to ensure offers meet addressable markets by analyzing market opportunities, delivery capabilities, industry research, competitive data and voice of the customer
  • Rationalize existing service portfolio, simplify the go-to-customer strategy, create a seamless UX for selling teams, create a continuum and eliminate overlap in offers and internal competition, and ensure consistent global delivery to support clients and partners

  • CSS strategy and policies
  • Develop cohesive pricing strategy and articulate the financial probability of service offers
  • Measure portfolio performance, adoption, and financial success of offers, driving enhancements and portfolio evolution as appropriate
  • Ensure operations and delivery teams can fulfill demand and provide service capabilities defined in the offer
  • Drive enablement strategy and execution to support the positioning, selling, and delivery of the services in the marketplace
