- You can clearly articulate how your design solutions will lead to an impact on the business metrics and user behaviors and can defend your decisions to senior stakeholders
- You are able to stay organized, execute deliverables, and meet deadlines with little oversight
- You understand the value and benefits of in-person communication and are committed to working in an office setting for most of the work week
- You have experience working on both b2b and b2c solutions and can speak thoughtfully about the differences in each approach
- You are active in the Product Design/UX community
- You have basic knowledge of development principles (CSS, HTML, Native iOS)
Responsibilities
- The UX Designer will play a key role in the development and strategy of our products by working through the full product lifecycle
- Drive and work alongside other members of the design team on the end-to-end design and research of our products
- Create low-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity wireframes, clickable prototypes, journey maps, user flows, user personas, affinity maps, and other artifacts
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering to translate business and user needs into a beautiful and delightful experience
- Lead the development, maintenance, and enhancement of our design system, ensuring it remains up-to-date, consistent, and accessible
