Responsibilities
- By providing strategic counsel and program governance, the team helps the organization balance operational strategy, risk, compliance, and continuous improvement
- Partners with leaders to evaluate change management opportunities and lead change management initiatives across Shared Services
- Provides consultation on change management approaches, plans, and practices
- Identifies and partners with leaders to craft communications and provide training opportunities
- Facilitates an understanding of initiatives to garner support for change
- Tracks and evaluates effectiveness of change management execution, with a focus on process improvement
- Incorporates OCM Methodology into existing governance processes
- Provide change management support for major initiatives to ensure that the workforce is prepared for technology, process and organizational changes
- Work with project teams to incorporate change management activities into the overall project plan
- Evaluate and measure results and success of change management strategies, plans and actions and present findings
- Develop and maintain relationships with project stakeholders including management, union leadership and matrix or cross-functional teams to deliver desired impact and results
- Partner with project managers to evaluate which change management vendors, contractors or products best meet the needs of a project
- Identify and incorporate industry change management best practices and internal lessons learned assessments into change management methodology
- Develop complex change management approaches, plans, and tactics for a wide variety of initiatives that have functional area and/or companywide impact
