Responsibilities

  • This position includes screening daily job applications, candidates, creating and presenting profiles to the clients and executing contracts in lengths of 8 weeks or more
  • Collaborates with Director of Marketing and Sales, Director of Operations and other Department Heads to support development of this new service
  • The Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist will also assist with annual goals, recruitment strategies, execution strategies and staffing objectives
  • Executes recruiting strategies to deliver suitable job candidates for assigned positions
  • Reports to CNY Office Manager
  • Knowledge with Job Boards, ATS, MSP Platforms is critical
  • Participates in the development of new strategies and programs to attract candidates
  • Works closely with Healthcare Recruiters to share best practices and provide assistance on critical needs when applicable
  • Participates in weekly interdepartmental meetings and works with regional Healthcare Recruiters and Staffing Specialists when applicable
  • Tracks applicant feedback and recruitment metrics
  • Works according to the rules, regulations and recruitment strategies of the Company
  • Supports and sustains Company’s commitment to compliance
  • Adheres to federal and state laws, relevant healthcare program requirements, Company policies and Code of Conduct
  • Determines best platform to maximize applicant flow and growth including the internet, referrals, nursing schools, direct mail, job fairs and networking events
  • Suggests new approaches to develop better recruitment policies
  • Ensures regulatory aspects of the full cycle recruitment process is compliant
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
