Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech./MCA in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field
Responsibilities
- Should have experience in Manual Testing procedures
- Preparing and selecting software testing frameworks appropriate for the applications
- Interacting with customers to understand their business and consulting with them on QA strategies for testing their application
- Mentoring juniors and bringing in QA leadership into the organization
- Refining our QA best practice
- Should be able to interact with the Client team directly and work with QA Team to deliver the tasks
- Understand client specific QA processes and be able to customize to the same
- Provide QA direction for the from definition phase through implementation
- Own the QA lifecycle and be responsible for managing technical risks throughout the project
- Consistently deliver high-quality services to our clients
- Exposure/Experience in CMMI Processes
- Experience on Bug tracking tools
