Qualifications
- You should also have experience executing projects from conception to production, including designing for digital, social and print projects
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design
- 5+ years of graphic design experience
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Detail oriented with a strong sense of urgency
- Demonstrates strong typography skills, excellent understanding of color usage, attention to detail and brand awareness
- Be willing to negotiate in a team setting
Responsibilities
- This position reports to the Director of Marketing and involves working closely with other marketing and company associates
- Manage the creation of visual and graphic elements for marketing-related materials,
- Ensure all templates, graphics, visual elements and materials adhere to defined brand guidelines and design standards
- Proactively work with project owners to move requests forward and maintain set deadlines while providing outstanding service
- Maintain organized library of all project files
- Coordinate printing and delivery of materials
