Qualifications

  • Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or related field Minimum of 10 years' experience leading/developing high performing project management teams and care health initiatives in a multi-market and highly matrixed 5 years' experience working in the health care gaining anunderstanding of challenges and opportunities in kidney care space, including complexities of CKD and ESRD patient cohorts, regulatory and reimbursement environment, industry and market dynamics 5 years' experience working effectively in a matrix environment with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Demonstrated track record of building and mentoring highly collaborative care teams; can attract, develop, and retain A-level talent Strategic vision with the ability to execute Demonstrated leadership presence and maturity Impeccable judgment and ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic setting Excellent written and verbal communication skills Executive-level presentation skills and ability to handle high-level client interactions C-Suite experience Annual Salary Range:

Responsibilities

  • Essential Functions Responsible for setting the strategic vision, organizational scope, and financial impact for the Central Care Teamoperations including enrollment, credentialing, virtual back office, real estate and project Leads and manages the central care division Drive collaboration across the organization to identify needs and develop scalable solutions
  • Prioritize objectives and implement strategies to achieve company initiatives as part of the leadership teams Drives performance for central services that deliver on service level agreements for the markets and delivers exceptional patient experience
  • Provides analysis of situations anddata utilizing an in-depth knowledge of the company, competitive environment, technology and economic or social implications of organization activities Responsible for the implementationand market readiness of new markets Cultivates a customer oriented and patient first culture of positivity, teamwork and collaboration
  • Partners with clinical, operational,and business development leadership on implementing new programs

  • An annual performance bonus, determined by company and individual performance, is available for many roles and aligned to Strive Health guidelines
