Responsibilities
- Sourcing, phone screening, and hiring for CDL A Truck Drivers
- Ensuring all candidates meet local and federal eligibility requirements
- Establishing recruiting requirements to build job descriptions/postings
- Determining applicant qualifications and arranging management interviews
- Travelling as needed for job fairs and trade shows
