Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience
- Skilled at data aggregation
- Experience with Power BI, Microsoft Office (including Access and Excel), and SQL queries
- Effective communication skills
Responsibilities
- Aid the Payer Sales Team with planning and operations tasks to drive revenue targets and business objectives
- Analyze and synthesize data from multiple sources to create accurate reports for client retention and new business strategies
- Verify and analyze report data, prepare documentation, and effectively communicate results
- Conduct research and analysis to identify candidates for engagement and sales strategy approaches
- Work with internal clients and department leaders to define and implement reporting needs
