Role Description: We're looking for a tech savvy Director of Customer Success to join our entrepreneurial Customer Success team. The Director of Customer Success supports our customers as they transition from sales prospects to active users of our products. Our Director of Customer Success focuses on customer loyalty and building close long-term customer relationships by proactively looking out for their customers' business, suggesting new and innovative ways to keep them succeeding with our products and features. You will do this by merging your newly-developed itopia product expertise with your existing customer success expertise in mentoring customers, adding value, generating expansions, reducing churn and proactive problem solving (among others). Ultimately, building relationships with customers (and partners too) with their larger Digital Transformation. Role Responsibilities: To be successful as the Director of Customer Success, you will be faced with an endless series of hard problems to tackle as our customers revolutionize enterprise operations and security with itopia. The Director of Customer Success position encompasses a wide range of responsibilities and opportunities for different itopia products, therefore we seek exceptionally versatile candidates with demonstrable acumen in each of the below areas. You'll do this by: Providing personalized and proactive support to our global customers Owning a portfolio of accounts and strategically engaging our global customer on topics ranging from adoption, solution guidance, problem resolution, digital transformation, and future states Consistently and cogently addressing our customers' needs through astute verbal and written communication skills Developing relationships across the entire itopia organization to advocate for the best customer experience possible Thriving in a team-oriented culture through delivering a significant individual contribution while collaborating with and strengthening teammates Working closely with Account Executives, Sales Engineers and Help Desk Technicians on improving itopia operational status within key accounts We are looking for the following attributes: Prior Director of Customer Success experience for a SaaS-based application or within an industry where customer care and service is essential. Demonstrated experience in customer-facing or customer support positions A demonstrated track record of taking ownership of complex initiatives and producing successful outcomes Hands-on Google experience a major plus Broad knowledge across several technical domains, coupled with deep knowledge in one or more of the following: Service Order, Case Management, Service Level Agreements, Incident response, NPS, NRR, etc. Demonstrated critical thinking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Naturally team-oriented with a mission first attitude Must haves: Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent practical experience Ability to travel for company and partner events when necessary and safe to do so Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
