Qualifications
- 3-5 years of commercial account management experience or B2B environment
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or similar focus
- Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Office suite products Excellent presentation skills with a demonstrated track record in developing and delivering marketing messages to prospective customers Ability to travel to customer locations and trade shows, as needed
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall execution support and maintenance of assigned key strategic customers in the remanufactured appliance parts and product returns business units
- Main accountabilities include program support in serving as the primary contact person for customer personnel to include facilitating administrative solutions in partnership with support teams to include Operations, Engineering, Technology and Accounting
- Success in this role will be measured by customer satisfaction along with revenue attainment within assigned accounts
- Overall account ownership of key strategic customers
- Serve as primary commercial account contact person with accountability for successful sales administration and problem-solving support
- Develop and distribute account performance metrics reporting on a regular basis
- Prepare and participate in monthly customer revenue and forecast meeting Prepare and execute annual account plans as agreed to with Senior Leadership Team
- Leveraging data to make informed decisions for use in business planning, forecasting, and new product launch strategies
- Develop and participate in presentations to multiple levels within customer organization including C-level
- Gain in-depth expert knowledge of each account:
- strategy, budgets, goals, and objectives to help deliver greater value to each customer Gather and share market intelligence data with CoreCentric stakeholders
