- What you'll do Continuously gather and analyze competitive product information, market trends and generate new customer insights to enable winning business strategies and product roadmaps Define product and marketing specifications, gain alignment with all stakeholders (Operations, R&D, Sales, Quality, Marketing) and manage progress with support of Program Management and Engineering Set and manage market price and commission strategies for new and existing products in coordination with the sales and pricing teams Set and manage targets for revenue, price, margin, channel sell-through, agent engagement, inventory, and other critical product line metrics and policies associated with your brands and product lines Continuously manage portfolio health including but not limited to competitive performance, platform upgrades, channel and agent sales trends, sales tool updates, and end-of-life management What you'll need o Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution o 5 years of product... or marketing management experience within the lighting or analogous market (technical product lines sold through distribution) o Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future What you'll get in return We're offering multiple opportunities for career development, like mentoring, coaching and stretch assignments, with strong international exposure for dynamic profiles.
