Health IQ is hiring Sales Managers for its Medicare team to lead its centralized and remote sales teams of licensed sales agents with a focus on driving revenue growth through inside sales in a call center environment. The manager is responsible for continuous team development, issue resolution, and monitoring the metrics and KPIs of... the agents and the team. The manager will collaborate with various professionals, so it's essential that they have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable working in a team environment. They should be able to lead and motivate the sales team to achieve both individual and team goals. Ultimately, the Sales Manager should be able to build a high-performance sales team to ensure customer satisfaction. This position will likely be with the sales teams in the Dallas/Fort Worth Market but remote opportunities are available for the right candidates. What you will be doing: Providing hands-on team leadership, problem-solving and coaching Must be able to sell and lead by example Motivates and inspires team members Celebrates the accomplishments of their team The first point of contact for any questions that a team member may have Coordinating team logistics and technical support Coaches and develops all team members to be the best salesperson they can be Creates an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team efforts Provides their team with monthly goals as well as the individual goals and helps them achieve those goals Facilitates problem solving and collaboration within the team Help keep the team focused and on track What we are looking for: Bachelor's Degree in Management, Marketing, or Sales, or equivalent preferred. 3 years experience and a proven track record of inside sales management; Insurance experience a plus! Track record of meeting or exceeding 100% of goals from an inside sales team on a regular basis. Performance and metrics-driven Responsible and dependable Requires excellent communication skills, and general experience with using the Internet and standard office programs Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the position Salesforce CRM experience preferred #LI-Remote To make the world a healthier place, we started in our backyard.
