About This Organization The Healthcare Navigation Project is an independent 501(c)(3) intentionally designed to disrupt our complex healthcare system with a health literacy and mental health life-skills program©2022, for ALL youth transitioning to adult care (HCT). This includes rare or chronic disease, underserved communities, or those with... educational disabilities. Project Management - Volunteer Coordination Process Set Up We are a grassroots growing nonprofit in search of a Volunteer Coordinator to help us manage and coordinate which volunteers have what skills and where best to place them, as well as helping us attract volunteers through Taproot to fill in the gaps for our current and future projects. Help! I am stuck!! We are a growing nonprofit in need of someone to take on volunteer coordination/project manager support. If you could spend a month or two getting us set up and started would be such a help right now. We are here to support you in whatever goals you have, and you will work closely with our Founder and Executive Director. Right now, we have no one in this important role. We have set up Monday.com and are starting to have our volunteers fill it out. We have a great group of volunteers, mostly from Taproot, and we are all passionate about our mission to give all people the health literacy and self-advocacy skills they need to navigate our complex healthcare system....from the grassroots up and not policy down!
