Qualifications

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • Proven working experience in marketing, at least 3-5 years of experience required
  • Success communicating through digital channels required
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Solid working knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends)
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver and Acrobat
  • Attitude, drive, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn are also important to us

Responsibilities

  • This exciting role will transform how Molnlycke speaks to customers in the Infection Prevention world!
  • The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for activating the Antiseptics brand strategy for our healthcare professional and retail customers, focusing on improving and utilizing our digital channels
  • This position will develop and implement a strategy for inbound marketing, lead generation, and customer nurturing, vital components of growing our acute care business, and then measure and optimize the impact of these activities
  • The person in this role is expected to coordinate and aid in developing content and graphical elements for these channels
  • Developing and executing inbound marketing plans targeting both B2B and B2C segments, with a focus on healthcare providers and patients through digital channels, requires a strategic and collaborative approach
  • Collaborate closely with the global marketing team to understand the specific needs of Infection Preventionists and other hospital stakeholders
  • Conduct market research to identify pain points, challenges, and preferences of healthcare providers and patients
  • Develop engaging, informative, and relevant content for digital channels, including Marketing Cloud, websites, social media, and other communication tools
  • Utilize Marketing Cloud and other marketing automation tools effectively
  • Implement workflows and campaigns to optimize marketing efforts, reach the target audience efficiently, and generate qualified leads for the sales team
  • Campaign Analysis and Optimization:
  • Regularly analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using data-driven metrics
  • Optimize strategies based on insights gained, adjusting tactics to improve overall performance
  • Build and present actionable business cases for innovative projects that enhance communication with customer segments
