Responsibilities

- Develop, manage, and execute comprehensive product campaign strategies tailored to target audiences and aligned with business goals
- Campaigns may include social media, email, site content, case studies, and events
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine product positioning and achieve product-market fit through in-depth market research on trends, competitor landscapes, and customer needs
- Ensure seamless alignment on go-to-market strategies by collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams
- Conduct customer stories and user interviews to gain insights into customer business needs and pain points
- Lead the creation of effective marketing content, including white papers, case studies, and social proof, utilizing customer stories, product feedback, and market research
- Mentor and coach the product marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture to achieve goals and deliverables
