Responsibilities

  • In this position, you will serve as the Bank's face and the go-to person for our clients
  • You will consult with the client and their employees to provide recommendations and guidance based on the impact the benefits package has on employees and their insurance coverage
  • It is your responsibility to manage the relationship as a whole with defined large accounts
  • As an Account Manager III, you can expect to feel challenged daily
  • You will represent BOKFI in the marketplace by establishing and maintaining healthy carrier/vendor relationships
  • You will partner with the BOKFI team to manage the overall open enrollment process
  • You will serve as a subject matter expert in all carrier contract provisions, products, plan designs and networks, and other complex questions that arise amongst BOKFI clients and employees
  • You will analyze, evaluate, recommend and implement solutions for various complex client-related issues and problems that arise
  • You'll tailor written communications to reach an audience effectively
