Responsibilities
- Work with the hiring manager on the recruitment plan and strategy for open positions
- Conduct needs assessment and intake session
- Partner with HR Business partners as appropriate on requirements and needs assessments
- Hire for our contingent workforce and partner directly with our agencies
- Post and update job descriptions internally and on approved Job Boards, with professional organizations, and in other position-appropriate venues
- Source, screen, and interview candidates
- Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements and document the potential candidate’s specific preferences such as availability, compensation requirements, location, etc
- Document and track interactions with prospective candidates within the applicant tracking system
- Coordinate interview times and locations with selected candidates
