Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • You will also collaborate with managers to develop improved talent acquisition strategies
  • Identifying recruiting needs and sourcing the best applicants using a variety of methods to fill vacancies
  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies
  • while maintaining cost control
  • Develop GSE's recruiting strategy, brand and EVP to position the company as an Employer of Choice
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand roles, needs, qualifications and competencies
  • Manage the entire recruiting life cycle to include documentation in ATS, requisitions, and tracking spreadsheets
  • Creating and maintaining talent pools Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment processes
  • Create/run reports as necessary Preparing and posting attractive job descriptions to online job boards or circulating them via other channels, such as email or social media
  • Update and maintain all job descriptions Scheduling and conducting interviews with potential candidates via email, phone, and video
  • Creating offer letters and managing pre hire process Networking with industry professionals and keeping abreast of developments in talent acquisition
