Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in employee benefits consulting, with a focus on group health insurance and ancillary benefits
  • Experience in mid-market Account Management
  • Experience in partially self-funded health plans, ASO arrangements, and captives
  • Expertise in program analysis and recommendation development
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills for project/compliance plan oversight
  • Self-starting personality – able to manage personal workflow effectively
  • Experience with client-facing presentations and project management
  • Knowledge of ACA and other relevant state and federal laws

Responsibilities

  • The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, proposing benefit program changes, monitoring program participation and utilization, and analyzing program performance
  • This is a hybrid role with the expectation of working from our Dallas location and remote work is acceptable
