Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of the industry and market trends
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Extensive experience in programmatic ad sales with a focus on enterprise clients
  • Strong understanding of the East region's business landscape and enterprise market trends
  • Strong book of business & network among direct brands (ideally on consultant/senior level);
  • Type A personality-driven, success-hungry, challenger;
  • Ability to move fast and maximize outcomes in a challenging environment;
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain C-level relationships
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of strategic opportunities
  • Identify and prioritize key strategic accounts in the US East region for penetration and growth
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and qualification to closing deals
  • Continuously seek out and pursue new business opportunities within the US East market
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, focusing on revenue growth and market share expansion
  • Utilize market insights to adapt sales strategies and identify emerging opportunities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including forecasts and pipeline reports
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to align strategies and ensure customer satisfaction

  • The budget starts at $450,000 OTE and is exclusive of the benefits
  • The pay offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis based on your experience, skills, training, certifications education, etc., and will be informed by market data
