To fuel our growth, we're looking for an experienced VP, Head of Pharma Sales. This critical leadership position will be instrumental in leading our next phase of growth. You will lead a team responsible for unleashing some of the most powerful sales and marketing tools the pharmaceutical industry has ever seen. How? Our demos showcase capabilities that most clients never realized were possible. What You'll Do You will lead a team of consultative sales reps and inspire them to think strategically: to deeply understand customers' problems, to impress an understanding of the effectiveness of game technology and design, and excite clients about the thrill of working with Level Ex. Team Coaching & Accountability Build, inspire and manage an effective Sales team to deliver on company growth objectives Foster a rigorous culture of training and coaching to ramp up new team members and continuously improve their sales acumen, strategy, and product knowledge Lead the team to meet or exceed quarterly and yearly sales goals Utilizing your experience, operational rigor, and business acumen to manage the team's sales pipeline and funnel accuracy, supporting clear financial projections Drive Pharma Sales Initiate contact with potential and current customers to generate and qualify leads, and identify sales opportunities Excite our customers: Convincingly and succinctly articulate the organization's offerings and value proposition. Answer questions with powerful demos. Overcome hesitation with effective communication of case studies and data. Work alongside Sales, Marketing, Product and Strategy teams to develop and refine sales collateral, including presentations and marketing material, and inform the product roadmap Engage with marketing, innovation, and insights leaders at top pharmaceutical brands to understand their needs and position the value of Level Ex and our approach Develop a thorough strategy for each partner which includes a detailed relationship and organizational mapping, high-value event plan, tracking of meetings, outcomes, and next steps to advance our efforts in the field Open up new (partner) channels for business development (e.g., agencies, consulting companies, industry associations) Work closely with client-facing teams to identify opportunities to provide more value to the client and drive up-sells and renewals.
