Responsibilities
- Your impact from the coaching, cross-team collaboration, sales strategy design and execution will enable the growth of our business and most importantly, will enable more of our customers to recognize the value of Fuel50 in their organization
- As the Growth Markets Sales leader, you will collaborate across many global teams bringing them together to achieve results
- Sellers, Leadership Team, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success and Partners
- You will be supremely well organized, highly self-motivated and driven
- You will be able to represent our brand and proposition to the global market with a high calibre personal presence and have a consistent track record with mid-sized through to enterprise level clients
- Lead a team of 4-7 sellers focused on our Growth Markets segment Develop the sales strategy to support our annual sales goals Coach Sellers and model solution selling behaviors for successful execution of customer engagements Unblock and accelerate deals through close collaboration with sellers, partners customers and all key stakeholders within Fuel50
- Manage team's pipeline to accurately forecast the company's quarterly results
