Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, information systems, or a related field
- Strong experience in implementing and supporting SAP FSCM Credit Management module
- In-depth knowledge of credit management processes, credit risk assessment, and collections management
- Proficiency in SAP FSCM Credit Management configuration and customization
- Familiarity with integration between SAP FSCM Credit Management and other SAP modules, such as Accounts Receivable and Sales and Distribution
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- SAP Certification is an added advantage
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand credit management requirements and processes
- Analyze existing credit management practices and identify areas for improvement
- Attend workshops and meetings to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Configure and customize the SAP FSCM Credit Management module to align with business requirements
- Define credit management rules, credit limit rules, and credit scoring models
- Define workflows and approval processes for credit limit increases and credit limit overrides
- § Credit Risk Assessment and Monitoring:
- Develop and implement credit risk assessment methodologies and models
- Conduct design analysis for credit evaluations, including financial analysis and creditworthiness assessment
- Design effective process for credit limits, credit exposures, and credit risk indicators
- Supporting designing and development teams in setting up processes for credit limit increases and credit limit blockings
- Supporting in Designing credit management reports and analytics using SAP FSCM Credit Management functionalities and other reporting system
- Provide insights and recommendations based on credit management data and trends
- Propose key performance indicators (KPIs) related to credit management and collections
- Conduct end-user training sessions on SAP FSCM Credit Management processes and functionalities
- Provide support and guidance to users on credit management-related issues and inquiries
- Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
