  • Responsibilities As a Web Software Engineer working in Global Brand & Experience, you'll enable Principal to effectively reach out and connect with current and future customers. We do this by teaming up with designers, marketers, content authors, and engineers to enable and build brand consistent experiences. You'll have the opportunity to join the team during our cloud migration initiative. You'll have the opportunity to: Demonstrate your passion for solving problems and producing high quality solutions through web development Be part of an agile product team, collaborating often through pair and mob programming Practice servant informal leadership; wear multiple hats Exercise continuous improvement mindset; forward thinking Clearly communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders as well as communicate business objectives to the technical team and get buy-in Understand complex technical problems and... translate them into clear and engaging solutions Enable new capabilities on our flagship marketing website, while contributing back to our enterprise content management system and design system Minimal on call required Qualifications Associate's or bachelor's degree (preference in a computer science, technology, engineering or math-related field or equivalent experience) and 3 years of professional software engineering experience in HTML, CSS and/or front-end JavaScript Experience theming and supporting a content management system preferred Informal leadership/mentorship preferred Experience with Drupal 9 preferred Here are a few more technologies you'll use in this role: Drupal theming and configuration Atomic Design/design systems Jest/Nightwatch.js Node CI/CD tooling, examples include CircleCI and GitHub Actions Cloud platforms, examples include Pantheon and AWS Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Salary Range Information Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Minimum Salary USD $73,100.00/Yr. Maximum Salary USD $172,800.00/Yr. Salary Range: $80K -- $150K Minimum Qualification Software DevelopmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications
