Responsibilities
- This position will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, and other administrative duties to help support the team
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week, 8:30-5:00 pm
- Screen resumes and applications in Pathways Applicant Tracking System (Paycor) before sending all qualified candidates to managers for interviewing
- Posting open positions on job boards, and tracking posting status and results
- Update online job posting requirements when needed
- Seek alternative and creative methods of reaching candidates
- Setup phone and in-person interviews for hiring managers
- Follow-up with candidates and hiring managers post-interview
- Work with the team to propose offers to final candidates
- Send offer letters and register new hires for electronic onboarding
- Work with management to schedule and facilitate orientations
- Performs other related duties as assigned
